Length of Study, Validity, and transfer of Credits

Length of study

The Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing (BSN) Program requires at least 4 years. The students have
to start from the Foundation Year Program as preparation year / first year and have to pass the
National Entry Exam before continuing another three years for their Bachelor of Sciences in
Nursing (BSN).

  • Foundation year-1 year of study

    The Foundation Year Program (FY) is the requirement from the Accreditation Committee of
    Cambodia that all students have to fulfill before entering to the second year of relevant field in
    higher education. starting from Bachelor degree up to PhD level.
    Student, after passing the FY exam, is required to successfully pass the National Entry Exam
    before entering the 2nd year of BSN program.

    • Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing – 3 years of study including Memoir.

    transfer of Credits Length of Study

    • Student could fulfill their BSN credits in 6-year period
    • Before transferring to another school student must fulfill the credits of:
      o First year requirement or
      o Each year program
      The transfer should be based on the agreement set by both sides.
