Faculty of Dentistry
The Faculty of Dentistry and Dental Clinic of the Health Science Institute of RCAF was established in September 2012 with 7 years of training. This includes theoretical study and internship at different dental clinics and hospitals throughout places in the country and abroad.
VISION
Is a national and internationally recognized dental training center and is an environment where teachers, students, officers, and staff strive to bring excellence in teaching, learning, research, and providing public services.
MISSION
Improve dental health in Cambodia by promoting national and international cooperation to develop high-quality human resources. Hoping to do so by providing dental training in accordance with national and international standards.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Managers, staff, and students of the Dentistry faculty of the Health Science Institute of RCAF adhere to the school’s principles as a guide and strive to perform their duties to the best of their ability, excellence, and quality. Also hopes to work with accountability, transparency, and professionalism in accordance with the hierarchy.
HUMAN RESOURCES
There are national and international, both full-time and part-time, lecturers in the Faculty of Dentistry of Health Science Institute of RCAF. Our lecturers are real professionals professors, and dentists who have years of teaching and working experience.
GALLERY, LIBRARY, AND INTERNSHIP
The Faculty of Dentistry has simulation halls at the institution and related units which are accessible to students so students can have the access to information, through books, magazines, and other sources, from places around the world for free.
RESEARCH AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH
The faculty of Dentistry in the Health Sciences Institute of RCAF has a research project that focuses on the current needs of dental health in Cambodia, specifically the dental health of children from rural areas. The study encourages students from the Faculty of Dentistry to visit the local community to provide dental services for free. This also provides more opportunities for our students to further their learning.
NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
The Faculty of Dentistry in Health Sciences Institute of RCAF has national and international partners in different continents such as Europe, the US, Australia, and Asia. The partnerships open up opportunities for exchange programs, so our students can have access to the best learning experience that they can get.
