Message From His Excellency, Director of the Health Science Institute of Royal Cambodian Armed Forces

The Health Science Institute of Royal Cambodian Armed Forces is a public administration institution under Sub-Decree No. 97, signed on June 26, 2009. The institution is located along National Road 3 and is 1990 meters far from the Chome Chao roundabout in Phnom Penh. The Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) Institute of Health Sciences, a state institution, was founded in 1979. RCAF has been operating since then and has been offering training to doctors, pharmacists, dentists, technicians, and physicians specializing in various treatments and care.
Their high-quality training also depicts their good relationship with the University of Health Sciences, Military hospitals, and civil hospitals, both domestically and internationally. Moreover, the institution also collaborates closely with public and private hospitals throughout the country. This is to ensure that students can participate in field trips and receive high-quality training from professionals such as professors, doctors, dentists, and pharmacists from anywhere in the country. With a clear vision and 39 years’ worth of experience, the institution believes in internal solidarity, and consistent participation in the training of both military and civilian students to promote great professionality, virtue, and morality.
